WELCOME TO HIGH SCHOOL FAITH FORMATION
Formal Faith Formation offered at St. Bridget's is a one-year Confirmation program typically during a high schooler's 9th grade year. St. Bridget's uses resources from YDisciple and Alpha Youth to prepare Confirmation candidates to receive the Sacrament. The content and structure of class is discussion based, giving youth the opportunity to participate and dive deeper into their faith and learn to view the world through a Catholic lens. While content and what candidates learn is important, the most important aspect of the program is fostering their personal relationship with Jesus. It is the goal of the Confirmation program to help candidates be in relationship with Jesus, seek Him every day, and trust in His will for their lives. For all high schoolers, St. Bridget's offers Youth Ministry opportunities such as Youth Group, bi-monthly praise and worship Adoration, retreats, fun events, and more! Visit the Youth Ministry webpage for more information.

Faith Formation Parental consent & indemnity AgreementAll parents who have children enrolled in our Faith Formation program must complete this Parental Consent Form & Indemnity Agreement for the current Faith Formation year.

Confirmation Candidate/Sponsor Meeting ReflectionConfirmation Sponsors, please use the form found below to provide reflection on the meetings with your candidates. You are required to meet with them a minimum of three times, spaced throughout their Confirmation preparation year. You will find the meeting guidelines in the Confirmation Handbook. Altar Server RegistrationSt. Bridget's is looking for youth to serve during the weekend Masses as Altar Servers. Any young person in 4th grade through 12th grade is welcome to serve and training is provided. If interested, please pick up an Altar Server Registration form in the Narthex, Parish Office, or print a copy out from below and return completed form to the Parish Office or email an electronic version to agieske@stbridgetofsweden.org.
